  •  Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and there could be delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

  •  Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

    • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
    • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 for standard shipping on orders under $50
  •  Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If there is a delay in processing, you will be notified via email.

  •  Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Australia. If your shipping address is outside our shipping areas, please contact us at support@bbcarparts.com.au to discuss alternative shipping options.

  •  Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

  •  Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for any delays, or lost, or damaged items during transit, as these are handled by the shipping carrier. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@bbcarparts.com.au, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

  •  Incorrect Address or Missing Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipping carrier may be unable to deliver your order, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional shipping fees. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

  •  Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to PO Boxes, APO (Australian Post Office).

  •  International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
